The Gates Residences Avon, Colorado 132,000 square foot project located near the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with a spectacular location and amenities of a five-star hotel. Biltmore Ridges Nashville, Tennessee A 2,000 square-acre residential and commercial planned development located 15 minutes away from downtown Nashville. This project encompasses high-end retail, hotel, office, multi family and single family uses. Preston Ridge Center Frisco, Texas JMJ is pleased to have brokered the sale of this 130-acre site in the dynamic corridor north of Dallas. Frisco Bridges Frisco, Texas JMJ acted as a development partner with the Gaylord family of Oklahoma on this 751-acre project in Dallas, Texas. From start to finish, The company completed the project in 36 months and created the advantageous tax structure. Additionally, the project was responsible for making Frisco the fastest growing city of its size in five consecutive years.	StoneBriar Center Frisco, Texas In addition to Preston Ridge Center, Stonebriar Center is an integral part of the Frisco Bridges project. JMJ brokered the sale of this 1.2 million square-foot mall to General Growth Properties. West World Development Palm Springs, California JMJ acted as a broker for the seller of this 469-acre property. The property was strategically structured to be sold to an UPREIT to American Realty Trust creating a tax-efficient method of sale that was highly advantageous to the investor. King's Gate San Antonio, Texas A 870-acre single family development comprised of 382 two-acre lots twenty miles from San Antonio, TX. The Towers at Cross Lake Shreveport, Louisiana The Towers at Cross Lake is an upscale condominium development atop the Bluffs of Cross Lake. This private condominium complex is conveniently located near numerous retail centers, downtown Shreveport, easy access to I-20, the Shreveport Regional Airport and Bossier City.
