JMJ Holdings was founded in 1990 by Timothy L. Barton. The current team of JMJ professionals represents over a century of experience working in a broad sector of real estate markets, both domestic and global. They're engaged in the acquisition, development, management and advisement of luxury assets around the world.

Micky May has spent over two decades serving as a consultant to a host of homebuilders and land developers. Prior to joining JMJ Holdings, Mr. May was the Vice President of Wall Homes were he consistently exceeded net profit expectations. As a top performer, his projects at Wall Homes were McSam finalists for Best Product and Best Interior Merchandising. May also was Area Manager for Choice Homes where he had full Profit and Loss responsibility for 500 units per annum.
While in that position, he set the record for the highest annual Return on Sales and Assets in the company's history while maintaining an extraordinary rate of customer satisfaction.
As a consultant, May managed a range of issues, including development and marketing identification. Mr. May is in charge of all of JMJ's domestic projects.
